1. What does the hamper contain?

Every month, a team of experts at happyhamper go far and wide to select the best beauty products available in the market and bring them right to your doorstep. Each hamper contains 5 full sized items, which are a mix of beauty, haircare and skincare products. 

2. Why is Happyhamper different from other subscription boxes?

While we do not aim to be the cheapest subscription box in India, or a luxury brands provider, or a bag with multiple free samples; we, at Happyhamper, try to bring to you products that you would love to use, and would definitely want to buy again. Our expert team at Happyhamper explores the market and reviews the brands which are amazingly awesome, and tries to get them for you. Hence, each month, you will find your hamper being a mix of new as well as popular brands, so that you can enjoy the best of both worlds. So if you are one of us, who would not go around buying a luxury mascara for Rs. 5000/- or a cheap lipstick for Rs. 15/-, you can choose Happyhamper. Since, what we all want is something amazing, for something affordable !! 

3. Does it have samples or full sized products?

While we definitely try to give you 5 full-sized products each month, there might be times when you may get samples of some brands which you can try and then buy !

4. Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping to our full sized hampers will always be free. If shopping for below Rs. 500, then a nominal fee is charged for shipping.

5. Ok, I placed an order, what next? When will my hamper be dispatched?

We thank you for choosing Happyhamper and giving us an opportunity to send you something amazing to try. Once you place an order for a hamper or a hamper package, it will be shipped to you by 17th of that month. 

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will be intimated of the same on your registered email id. You can track your order from the 'My Orders' section after signing into our website.

7. Can I cancel my subscription?
